In the Spirit of the Maggid is the seventh book in Rabbi Paysach J. Krohn's famed Maggid series of unforgettable stories and parables. This volume is filled with stories from around the world, stories from places as diverse as Israel and Ukraine to Ethiopia and Canada. These stories are inspirational, uplifting, and each imparts a different message. Most of the stories in this volume are modern stories. The rest are retellings of stories first told by the Maggidim of old. In addition to the stories themselves, you'll find enlightening commentaries and updates about the various stories, both from Rabbi Krohn and from historic personalities.
