If you stay up all night it a Shaila if you can make Birchas HaTorah in the morning and therefore most poskim, including the Magen Avrohom and the Mishna Brura, hold that you should not because Safek Brachos L'Hakel. Two possible solutions are either 1) Listen to someone else who slept or 2)Have in mind to be yotzeh birchas hatorah in the bracha of Ahava Rabba before Shema.

In two cases you can say birchas hatorah the next morning even if you didn't sleep at night. 1) If you slept in the afternoon on Erev Shavuos or 2) if when you said birchas hatorah Erev Shavuos in the morning you had in mind that it should only exempt you until the next morning. Some disagree and say that this does not help.
