Radvaz: Why Isn't Wearing Two Pairs of Tefilin Baal Tosif?
Some people have a Minhag to wear both Tefilin of Rashi and Tefilin of Rabbeinu Tam at the same time. Why isn't prohibited because of Bal Tosif? The Radvaz answers that only one or the other is kosher since they can't both be kosher Tefilin therefore it is not Bal Tosif because you are only doing the Mitzvah with whichever one is kosher.
